We design the retirement plan that best suits YOUR needs. We meet with you to determine your priorities and objectives, and to collect pertinent data about your company. Next we prepare comparisons of possible plan designs and contribution formulas. By coordinating your needs and the government requirements, we create a plan that is customized to achieve the optimal mix of benefits and employee satisfaction, while staying within your budget.
We provide the documents and the assistance needed to properly install the plan. We furnish documents for the proper implementation of the plan. Our IRS-approved prototype and volume submitter documents eliminate much of the initial cost of setting up a plan.
We help you communicate the benefits provided by the Plan to your employees. One of the most important tasks is communicating the plan to the employees, and we can make that task easier. We will prepare all required notices and forms necessary to enroll employees in the Plan, including the Summary Plan Description. We will work with your investment advisor to hold group meetings to explain the plan benefits and options and handle the enrollment of eligible employees.
We provide continuous service throughout the life of your plan. You decide how often you want plan reports – annually, semi-annually, quarterly, or daily. Although we can tailor our services to meet your needs, we generally provide complete administration services to our clients. We constantly monitor changes in the law and regulations that may affect your plan and prepare plan amendments as necessary.
Our services are offered on a time and charges basis. That arrangement has been satisfactory to our clients over the years because they know that they are only paying for the time needed to service their plan, rather than a percentage of assets. We recognize, however, that it is necessary to have a reasonable idea of what it will cost to have a plan serviced in order to make a decision about hiring an administrator. To that end, we also offer the option of using a fee schedule rather than time and charges.
